Mudbug Pavers and Stepping Stone Pavers are operated by Charlie and Karen Wagner. We occupy a piece of land on the I-12 in Hammond La, that we have been leasing with option to buy for 2 years. We have done all the improvements. Our option will run out June 1, 2009. The property is approximatly 1.5 acres, completly fenced and filled, office building, storage units and outdoor covered areas. We can send photos of the premisses We sell retail: stone, pavers fountains, statuary and pond supplies. Our other company Mudbug Pavers installs all of the above mentioned.
I also have a home in Hammond with approximatly 250K equity that I may be willing to use as collateral.
Both of our companies occupy the same office, we have seperate phone numbers and addresses(Our piece of property is actually two lots of land). We operate the companies together with Mudbug funds being a pass thru to Steeping Stone Pavers account.
