Description:
Looking for investors to help fund a music store in the suburban area outside of the city of Houma, LA. The building I'm currently looking at, a recently closed pizza parlor that foundered due to competition, is well-suited to my needs. Locals complain because the nearest worthwhile music store is a half-hour away, on the other side of the city. The planned business will sell a wide variety of music as well as movies and other forms of electronic entertainment. Advice will appreciated. Financial assistance will be more appreciated.
