PROBLEM/OPPORTUNITY Do to the global problem of global warming pollution and landfill overcrowding with electronic waste and other recyclables, our target customers will have an opportunity to be educated in the way’s of E-waste, Aluminum cans and plastics recycling and be given an avenue in which they can practice safe and responsible recycling while aiding in the global initiative for a better planet and produce extra income for themselves at the same time. SOLUTION/PRODUCT With the landfill and overall pollution problems, South Cal Mobile Recycling has developed a door to door routine recycle service eliminating customers from having to burn extra fuel which adds to air pollution and taking out extra time to load the car or truck, by paying residential as well as the business customers right at their front door. “Recycling brought to you” POTENTIAL RETURN/REVENUE MODEL The potential profit from this project is calculated by Net profit / total investment × 100 = Return on Investment estimated to be at 14% COMPETITION At this particular point, there are no other companies in the recycling industry that offer such a door to door aluminum cans and plastic collection service anywhere in the United States. EXECUTION PLAN/GO TO MARKET STRATEGY South Cal Mobile Recycling has started a strategic execution plan by signing up various residence in areas set up by Zip Codes ranging from Oceanside Ca, San Marcos Ca, Escondido Ca, Poway Ca, Temeculla Ca, Murrietta Ca, Orange County and San Diego Counties. Each residential block in each area is being canvassed door to door establishing ongoing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly route pick up schedules. Each residential block will yield approximately 50-60 pounds of aluminum cans and approximately 20-30 pounds of plastics. The target weight for each work day is 1-Ton or 2,000 pounds Per. Truck which produces $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 each which means routing will be set up to service approx: 100-200 individual houses per. day. The first 6-months we will be targeting operating with 3-collection trucks each day yielding approx: 1-Ton per. Day per. truck. After the first Twelve months South Cal anticipates on having at least 4-6 collection trucks running on a daily basis servicing business and residential customers. After the second year of collection service South Cal Mobile Recycling will be establishing and selling Franchise opportunities. South Cal offers its customers .31cent per. Pound for recyclable plastics and 1.00 dollar per. Pound for aluminum cans. The amounts paid to South Cal from recyclers are .93cent per. Pound for plastics and $1.82per. Pound for aluminum. South Cal will be performs two basic categories of recycling, the first being the E-waste collection service which presently produces approx:$2,000 per. Week with a constant 20-30% growth pattern, the second being the door to door aluminum cans and plastics route collection. South Cal also generates additional revenue by sales of working items collected from daily pick ups such as TV’s, DVD players, Computer units desk-top and Laptop to include but not limited to all other electronic devices and equipment. FINANCIALS Presently other than the E-waste collection and Computer sales to include but not limited to material recycling, South Cal’s revenue resources have been limited due to the limited space to house the amount of material and products that are being requested by our buyers. With an investor providing the adequate operational funds, South Cal will be able to purchase the needed equipment and lease / purchase warehouse site to accommodate the extreme growth we are experiencing. The projected increased revenue based on the receiving of expansion funding will allow the following: Generated income E-waste collection Monthly = approx: $8,000 Door to Door Aluminum cans collection first 6-Monthes = approx: $48,(URL removed)th Approx: $193.000 per. month after the first year to increase 10-15 % each following year thereafter.
