I have purchased five homes @ $20K each. Market values between $51K and $81K. They will cash flow at about 18 - 24% in 60 days, and I have three buyers for the notes on them in six to nine months, for between $30K to $40K.
I want to buy 100 more, and am looking for either hard money lender or someone who is willing to take a profit share, or a combination of both.
