We own a patent to evolutionize/revolutionize the way equipment is being made in the Lacrosse industry. Prior to our patent being issued, we were originally signed to a long term development and licensing contract for our product from one of the top 3 sporting goods companies in the world. At one of the contractually scheduled significant payment milestones (due to us, from them), the company asked for a payment extension because patent was not issued yet and they couldnt do a product launch patent pending.
