About our business:
Pamela's Mixing Bowl Bakery & Cafe is a family owned and operated LLC that has been in operation for over seven years. We were a retail bakery store that specialized in selling goods from several bakeries around the Utica NY area. Our main specialty is a half moon cookie that is made in Utica NY, where the originalhalf moon (or half/half) was created. Hemstrought's bakery still bakes the half moon cookies using the original recipe from the 1920's.
In September of 2007, Pamela's Mixing Bowl moved into a new location that offered more floor space (area increased from 500 square feet to over 1500 square feet) that allowed us to have more seating. We also started to offer full breakfast and lunches. This has affectively turned the Bakery and Cafe in to a restaurant. A
