The investment opportunity: up to $10 million in Series B Convertible Preferred Stock
Underwrite the development and roll-out of a family of principal-protected mutual funds; and
Seed future value propositions including initial platform distribution, custom development of products for broker/dealer and RIA firms, and the expansion of services to white-labeling and sub-advisory.
