RBE is looking for $7MM to construct a bio-ethanol plant in Cleveland, OH. This plant will take unsalable returned beverages from the brewing, softdrink and other industries and turn them into fuel-grade ethanol. This is a very profitable niche business inadequately served at present.
The principals ran a very successful plant along these lines until the lease on the land was terminated. There is scope for six such plants in the US, with a terminal valuation of $100 MM. We have full business plan and financial projections available on request.
