I started Pennington Investments, LLC in November of 2008. I am in need of seed money, less than $10,000.00, to purchase my first property. I want to see it for cash but I am wiling to rent it our for cash flow if it does not sell within 90-days. I must acquire cash and a "dream team" before I can do any rehabing; but I will consider all facets of being a real estate investor to be successful at this. I will go on from that point; renting some purchases to increase my net worth and selling others to accumulate cash.
Once money is made, I would be honored to be a member who can give to others to help them get thier start. The question below asks about business credit; I have not applied for any credit in the name of the business yet. I am waiting for a sure means of payment before taking on that hurdle.
