My family owns property that would be a prime location to develop into a retirement community. The land was mined by our family and has been sitting unused for several years. City water would need to be provided because the water in the ground is bad. The property, also referred to as MT. Healthy, is between Strasburg and Dundee, OH. The outskirts of Strasburg are being developed into beautiful neighborhoods and now would be a pefect time to look into developing this property. We would want to put modular homes on foundations, build garages, build a community center for activities and meals, provide a park area, lease the individual parcels, and maintain the landscaping for all residents.
If we could get some outside funding, we would be able to provide some of our own funding.
