Buttah! LLC is currently a one-person pop-up shop and farmers market stand offering vegan Filipino & Puerto Rican food, pastries, and snacks. The company was formed in 2021 in Hillsboro, Oregon gaining community recognition through their very first season as a vendor booth for Hillsboro Farmers Market for the 2022 market season as well as donating pastries and confections to local events for raffle. Buttah! expanded to hot foods and Beaverton Farmers Market for the 2023 market season offering an all vegan menu as well as pastries and snacks: picadillo lumpia (Puerto Rican picadillo filling rolled and fried Filipino Lumpia), Stuffed Pan de Mallorca (Puerto Rican sweet bread) sandwiches with 3 different fillings (pernil, picadillo, adobo) served with a side of house made cashew aioli (garlic, avocado, or ginger miso.) Buttah! would like to relocate to the East Coast to expand an open our Vegan Puerto Rican x Filipino Cafe & Brunch Spot with a unique and robust beverage, pastry and brunch menu. We are also venturing into the field of health meal options with "Buttah! Bites" a healthy vegan meal service plan as well as offering vegan snacks and pastries available for shipping and wholesale (i.e. Hot "Cheato" packs with lime and hot seasoning, rice crispy treats in unique (URL removed).)
