I am seeking a start up loan to buy the next door business, it used to be a flower shop and they decided to close it down, so i need an investor to start a HOOKA BAR instead , With a very low budget , since we can get in by paying first and security deposit, and we buy the hookas and the products, equipments and furniture. The location is 2 blocks away from universal studios and a mile away from Hollywood Bowl, REMEMBER , this area is very crowded in the summer time and there's a lot of youngsters that live around that area,( i mentionned the youngsters because those are the main marketing target). Now the advantage here, is that i already pass out flyers for my Italian pizzeria , with hotels, apartment buildings , office building and since i've been in the same location for about 6 years, i already have a lot of connections and i earned a lot of respect from everyone: Production companies that i have been doing business with for so long to the neighbors that we have become like a family,( cus i always provide my help and service beside the pizza delivery, thank god always have a good reputation, and everyone is supporting the fact that i am trying to expand and succeed and that made these people very proud and they all remembered the day i got the job at Milano's ( the restaurant i owned later on and still. And now i'm trying to buy the second business). I think , you, investor, that should tell you something or at least motivates you to hear what i have to say or at least give me the time to come out there and check the location and the place where i'm trying to expand.
