Description:
Thank you for checking this out! Location, Location, Location! We are entrepreneurs who have owned and managed several small businesses successfully. We have a 15 year successful history of finding "diamonds in the rough" businesses and with our expertise and skills we turn them into profitable venutures. (this business I'm seeking help with initial financing of is larger than ususal for us, but because of the excellent time this is coming for sale and the location & circumstances of the opportunity, it cannot be overlooked as a tremendous growth venture) The business I'm listing for funding request is it - The right time for this restaurant (theme), in the right place (Wis. Dells, the NUMBER 1 tourist destination in the upper Midwest!), at the right location (phenomonal location & parcel available now!) Truly, I've waited for this parcel to be available for 10 years because it's key to success in this area.
This restaurant complex will fully support itself as long as I'm the owner & manager, and we just need a temporary short term loan help to get the purchase completed. The current owner is ready to deal(has health problems). Thanks for looking at this, it truly is a great opportunity in an exploding tourist location.
