Description:
Pet training, retail, and pet adoptions: There are over 22 military vets who commit suicide daily, one out of 14 children have autism and 750,000 people in America are searching for their perfect animal companion. Pets save lives through companionship daily. No matter what the true motivation, a pet who saves a human is heroic. And the amazing thing is, these courageous acts happen more often than you might think.
Companions with Paws will give rescued, and retired sires and dames, a second chance at life. We will fully train these courageous, and beautiful creatures, for individuals who need them most.
Most people who purchase puppies fail to find the time or resources to properly train them. With Companions with Paws, clients select their animal and we train them for their specific needs, such as: PTSD, autism, or ADHD, or just need a simple loving companion—we are here to help!

The reasoning behind the statistics is to show how many animals we can save and find homes for if we have a business such as ours. We are not only saving these animals but providing companionship for 750,000 Americans each day are searching for a pet. However, most people fear taking home a shelter animal, due to the lack of knowledge of the animal’s history, preventing many of these animals from finding homes and ultimately leading to their euthanasia.
We believe every animal deserves a second chance at finding a home. That is why we would like to alleviate the problem shelters face every year, by providing quality training to these animals through a strict, 5- to 6-day, training regime. Not only will proper training relieve the fear of homing a shelter animal, but it will offer a service to clients suffering from mental health issues, learning disabilities, and more.
