I have a 26 unit sf detatched series of 2 bed 1 bath condos that need rehab. I am looking for an investor that will loan on completed value up to 70 % cltv. I have a current loan balance on property for 265,000. Renevations will cost $310,000 to make them basically new condos. The future value upon completion of the rehab will be between 1.1M - 1.3 M. I would like to get the cash out to complete the rehab and need to find someone who will do a Texas Cash out rehab refinance to an existing LLC based on completed value.
