I am seeking down payment funding to acquire an established bowling center in the city of Milaca, MN. I worked and helped manage this center just out of high school until 2001 and than moved onto my current job.
This center has 8 lanes and a small pro shop. Like all businesses it has seen its ups and downs.
Bowling is a very seasonal business from the months of September through May. The business is closed from June to mid to late August, but in order to become more profitable and increase the value of the business, this practice must be changed.
