Growing boat manufacturer in SWFL looking to continue it's growth pattern in Florida and expand to other states where there is known demand. With over $4.5M in assets, we have the equipment and floor space to further expand. We are looking for a either a silent partner/investor or an active player who wishes to roll up their sleeves and help grow the business. The owner will entertain 2 scenarios: (1) someone who wishes to buy a percentage of the compay for an agreed amount and then invest further money to use as working capital for growth. (2) someone who wishes to just invest in the company for working capital usage and receive an agreed upon interest payment schedule. Time is critical because there is demand waiting on us to build more boats simultaneously, so we need to buy more materials in bulk and add employees to meet this demand.
We have found our breakeven point in production. Now we need more capital to increase volume without adding any additional assets.
