Description:
Let me tell you about our business plan. Carwashing is a highly profitable business but it has its disadvantages. One disadvantage in carwashing is that the ideal location to build a carwash is often very costly. The ideal location should be in a high automotive traffic area . Carwashing is greatly affected by weather conditions. When it rains, not very many consumers will wash their cars. Monster Carwash Bar & Grill is the solution to these disadvantages. The integration of a restaurant and bar with a carwash allows us to keep doing business even when the weather is not conducive for a carwash. This ofcourse provides added revenue to the carwash, therefore allowing us to afford to build the carwash in the ideal but expensive location. With the right location, carwashing can be very profitable. The concept of combining a carwash, restaurant and bar allows the busy professional to save time and yet be able to enjoy great food, great drinks and have a carwash in one stop location. Further, each of the businesses cross-market each other by giving the consumer more than one reason to come to the location.
The restaurant serves " burgers, wings and sushi," and we market ourselves as a sports bar. This combination of food again offers convenience to the consumer. The sushi lover can enjoy a meal with a friend who may not like sushi but loves wings or burgers and watch sports in a fun and casual atmosphere. On weekends, we offer pay-per-view events and have live bands playing. We try to appeal to the 18-45 year old age group. Our business runs from 9am to midnight on weekdays and 9am to 2am on weekends. We fully utilize every square footage of the location. What makes Monster Carwash special is that consumers actually come to a carwash to listen to bands, watch sports events, drink alcohol and eat sushi. I believe that one day we can become a nationwide franchise. Please visit our site at (URL removed)
