Description: PAACCON, is a joining of forces of the pioneers in the AAC industry and is already recognized as the premier AAC distribution and installation company in the United States. The PAACCON team has more experience than any other AAC distributor and installer in North America. PAACCON was installing AAC with imported product seeding the marketplace before it was even manufactured here in North America. We helped develop the means, methods, training programs and systems for both the Hebel and Ytong technologies. Since 1995, we have been building Hotels, Schools, Student Housing Quarters, Industrial Buildings, Churches, Manufacturing Facilities and Big Box Retail centers utilizing AAC. In addition, we have built some of the finest estates and homes in America. We were the first and only exclusive distributors of Hebel and Ytong, the two primary manufacturers, in the United States. Most of the buildings you see on the internet today are buildings that we built. Many of the original Hebel and Ytong teams still work with us building the future of AAC in North America. As the demand for AAC continues to grow nationally, manufacturers, distributors and contractors are seeking the most qualified installers as AAC is a technical product when it comes to construction. Lee Marsteller, CEO of PAACCON, has constructed more AAC buildings in the United States since 1994 than any other independent construction or installation company. Mark Shumate, Vice President of Operations, has spent the past 12 years training AAC installers throughout the United States on behalf of the largest manufacturing plants. Together, they possess the most technical experience and have been responsible for nearly 75% of all AAC construction in the United States since 1994. Through the strength of the companies management teams, the barrier of entry into the industry will be minimized as the team’s background and expertise includes over 100 collective years in construction, 30 years in government procurement and project management, 35 years in leadership in the manufacturing and installation of AAC, and over 50 years in minority business development and corporate management, as well as political ties within the municipal, county, state and federal government agencies. The Principals possess strong educational credentials from Georgetown, University of Virginia and several of the Principals have served as CEO’s, Senior Managers, and/or Founders of other successful ventures. Aercrete Systems will focus on securing initial contracts through their relationships with Xella and Aercon, the two primary manufacturers of AAC. In the first month of operation, the Aercrete companies have submitted 10.6 million in proposals including two hotels, a school, and a marina, mulit family housing project through these relationships and anticipate a closure rate not less than sixty eight percent, the manufacturer’s customary closer rate. These “low hanging fruits” will allow the Aercrete companies to enjoy cash flow and profitability in a short time frame. PAACCON has additional bids in the works worth several million including student dormitories, commercial mixed use buildings, a church, and several other opportunities.
