We are a small, start-up construction company that plans to develop moderate-to-semi-custom homes. I have developed over 35 years worth of construction-related relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and work crews topping the list.
As a Superintendent, I performed in the residential/commercial construction industry building everything from ground-up tract-homes in Southern California to multi-million dollar custom homes in Hawaii as well as the Charles Schwab financial center in Pasadena and big-box commercial strip-malls. While I was self-employed, my work ranged from single-room additions and re-models to tenant improvement and multi-family apartment rehabs. I speak Spanish and my wife has been in the accounting industry for over 25 years. We are both ready, willing and able to use our decades of experience to build our financial independence.
