Our initial focus starting out is helping to restore blighted areas and helping to establish beautiful communities, specifically incorporating environmental elements that would help filter pollutions. Incorporate alternative sources of energy in each project, i.e., solar, etc. The goal is to also stream to the commercial aspect of real estate to include apartment complexes, condos, mobile home parks. Green Spectrum also aspires to pursue many other aspects of real estate investing as our portfolio grows.
