Situated in an partially restored 100 year old bank building, we have a full Espresso bar, authentic old fashioned double horseshoe soda fountain with hand dipped ice cream treats, a tiny kitchen where were make homemade pastries, desserts, wraps, salads, sandwiches and full meals. We also have prepackaged whole spices, grains, jellies, Lavendar products, Jelly Belly confections, Artstone Angels, music boxes, and chimes.
We are open from 7 am to 5 pm m-sat, summers until 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
We like to create our own desserts, pastries, wraps and sandwiches, although our customers say we have the best Reubens and Phillies ever.
Our building has a top floor and walkout basement that needs to be finished. We need a deck for summer, and a ramp for wheelchairs, and signage on the highway.
Although we have had good business, it gets really slow in the winters, in our town of 2500. We are working towards being a destination place and a benefits is that our little town sits right on highway 36. By finishing our upper floor into loft apartments or for short term overnight stays we can be a complete stop for tourists.
Our basement can be finished for another business or open space for party rental.
We have seen a definite change this spring with many more call in orders for box lunches for meetings and showers, and recently had a request for a bus tour stop.
