Description:
In-laws with current CDL's and prior driving experience wish to start a 2 man trucking company to operate OTR in 48 states as team drivers. We would want to establish an LLC. We have a broker who will pay 90% of gross but will provide us with a leased 53' trailer (dry van) for an additional 10% (we'd get 80% of gross). We'd start with one truck and expand to two by March 2009 at which time we'd have to hire 2 more drivers.
