Description:
Gulfport Village Laundry
Gulfport Village Laundry has been successfully up and running for more than four decades. The laundry is supported by the local patrons of Gulfport and business doubles during tourist season. Beach Boulevard in Gulfport is fast becoming restaurant row and we intend to be a part of this. Our success will come from our unique outside grill with home cooked food as you would do on your bar-b-q at home. And for monetary security there is the two bedroom apartment on the upper level.
Once completed, we will have a grand opening on the weekend of the Gulfport Art walk, for maximum coverage. Statistics show people will always come back to a friendly place, where they are comfortable. As well customers will always return for tasty home cooked food that is priced within their budget.
After grand opening, Gulfport Laundry & Grill will be participating in the local social events and sponsorships for sailing competitions, baseball, movie nights, chamber/business meetings, live music, sports and any other ideas from our local community. Gulfport Village Laundry has had a steady flow of business for the last 4 years that will support the grill as well as those customers that just come for food and drink and good company.
Gulfport Village Laundry & Grill is the kind of place you will want to hang out, doing laundry, having a few ice cold brews, or favorite soft drink with a hot juicy cheeseburger right off the grill. Watching your favorite film or sports on the flat screens and/or, listening to the greatest timeless hits on our great sound system. It will be a gathering place to meet your friends and make new ones. We are so excited to begin building. On a daily basis my current laundry clients (young, old, single moms w/children) ask if the bar and grill is open yet! SOON!
Once completed and opened, Gulfport Village Laundry & Grill will be an asset to the community in so many ways. We will provide a safer more secure place for laundry clients. We will provide wheel chair access from the front of the building. At closing, the entire property will be secure. The upper level living quarters will provide an extra added safeguard for unwanted after hours intruders. And last but not least important, the building will be an attractive, safe thriving business added to the Gulfport community.
