Fire Technology, Inc., (“FTI”, the “Company” or “We”), was recently formed in New York to finalize the research, development and testing of our proprietary concentrate which, when mixed with water forms a gel, and then to commence the sale of the gel (“Fire Fighting Gel” or “Gel”). We believe our Gel to be non-toxic, biodegradable, water soluble, environmentally friendly and non-conductive in water. These and other unique properties enable the concentrate when mixed with water, to achieve a high specific gravity and viscosity which allows it to cling to heavy fuels, surface litter, ground fuels and debris that commonly support combustion.
