We are raising capital to build a biodiesel refinery in Mississippi
Please note that we did an in depth analysis of the geography of the fats and oils in the area and determined that 10 million gallons is the optimal size. We very conservatively project earning $27MM of revenue and $4.4MM of EBITDA once we are up and running. We anticipate a 10 month construction period followed by 2 months of start-up.
We are seeking approximately $14.7 million to finance the plant. This is composed of $2 million in equity, $10 million in senior debt (subsidized Industrial Development Revenue Bonds), and a $2.7 million line-of-credit for working capital.
