I have signed a contract to buy a daycare center in Livingston Mt. I have given the earnest money and need to come up with the balance within 30 days. The center has been in existance for 10 years and the current owner has made a great yearly profit with the center, she is getting out because her last child just graduated from high school and now her and her hubby are going to enjoy life!! She made 14,000 monthly and cleared about $8,000/month after expenses. I did daycare for 7 years in Minnesota and I am ready for a change and I love working and playing with children.
