Description:
We started the business in February 2007 as a sales center for franchised atv's, dirt bikes and go-karts. We grew to adding motorcycles and scooters as well as a full service department. Business has continued to grow with service. During high gas prices in '08, the sales of motorcycles and scooters grew as well. ATV sales had slowed with the recession but we made it through the 2nd year and are still growing. We have plans to open a power sport "amusement park" with off-road go kart and dirt-bike tracks, snack shack and other related endeavors. We have found real estate to purchase in a prime location right off of Interstate 35W just south of Ft Worth, TX. The location is in a rapidly growing area that is perfect for the business plan. The city of Burleson has already pre-approved the business plan. All we need now is the capitol to get to the next level. We are currently seeking a minimum of $2 million, which will buy the real estate and build the buildings and tracks. The land is a start up property of approximately 13 acres and is priced at $32,000 per acre. Other commercial property in the same area is priced anywhere from $80,000 to $225,000 per acre. We have a verbal contract with the landowner on the $32,000 per acre and would like to act quickly on the purchase of the property at that price. This will also cover inventory. We will definitely look to expand onto a larger property in the future but the 13 acres will be enough to get started and we will place “1st right of refusal” offers on the surrounding land that will eventually come available. Thanks you.
