Rescue Employment Services(RES) believes in its’ name. Our goal is to ‘rescue’ employers from the mundane tasks of the job interview process. Some of those tasks include the applicant search, background checks, initial interviews, and orientations. We will ‘rescue’ employees from the below average paying jobs, and from the ‘don’t call us; we’ll call you’ syndrome. RES will also assist in the transitions that individuals face after a period of absence from mainstream society. This will be accomplished by providing mandatory life skills training, prior to certain assignments for all applicants.
