I find it just a bit abysmal to see how easy it is to get premises, planning permission, etc to turn everything around here into (some ghastly) residential developments whereas to secure suitable A3 class premises, planning permission and funding for an unusual/themed upmarket/exclusive restaurant/CLUB is horrendously hard
