Description: WANTED An investor or partner to help restore life to Crossing Tuscany Spa, LLC, in Mesquite, Texas. Situation: Crossing Tuscany Spa, LLC, opened for business on 1 May 2008 at a pristine location on Clay Mathis Road in Mesquite. CT, as we normally refer to the spa, was constructed in a newly opened commercial building adjacent to several residential subdivisions. The spa features a variety of high-tech equipment designed to offer the best of care to the customer, no matter what form of relaxation and physical therapy he/she may desire. To illustrate, a copy of a recent sales flyer is shown below: Open the outer door to our receptionist and you will note the Tuscan theme found through- out the spa. Richly adorned in quaint trappings that both thrill and soothe, the spa aims offers a temporary refuge from the world outside. Though the spa was able to build a clientele base of loyal customers, the economic down- turn resulted in the loss of disposable income that allowed our customers to satisfy their desires to be pampered with services offered by our therapists, stylists, and manicurists. At left, one of our hair styling salons, ready for customers. Our equipment is owned, we have a wealth of supplies, and the spa is stocked with all the equipment and resources needed to be profitable once the economy improves. But, because of the lack of sufficient customers to defray the operational and other costs associated with the business, we have had to close the doors. Before we take drastic steps, such as investigating possible bankruptcy costs, we want to take one energetic stab at finding a partner or investor or, at a minimum, generating a loan to help us reopen for business, build out a Massage school for therapist and a training center for Spa Techniques. Can you help?
