I am a start-up retail clothing company in metro-atlanta area. I have a 3600 sq. ft. store offering closeout clothing, shoes, and accessories. I have opened a beautiful new store and have filled it partial (~50%), but need more capital to finish the product and get some good marketing going. I am offering generous ROI to investor.
