Our goal is to create positive social impact through green building development in communities to assist families in low-income and middle class neighborhoods,creating affordable rentals and properties for purchase for individuals. We will be working on identifying and analyzing prospective housing while assisting Northern NJ non-profit Organization in developing affordable housing and major multi dwelling projects.
Brassplate Real Estate Solutions is looking for funding to bring these projects into reality. We are looking to rehabilitate property with a green building developmental program, which will be more efficient for property owners, environmentally friendly, and stimulate a variety of services and resources to its communities.
