Currently, we have completed our website content (drafts) in English and Chinese. We will work on other versions such as Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, etc. (Note: Since February, 2011, we started work with a web design company based in India. However, we feel that there are issues between their marketing and designing departments, which has delayed our website designing progress and caused communication errors. This also casts our doubts about their ability to design a big social media website they promised at the beginning. If we could get an investor / partner, we would like to ask an American web company to redesign our website.) Our Goal To make our company (CGS Network) a leading and trendy website in 5 years, which features, besides news, articles, reviews, etc., more than 100 current and future popular topics in everyone’s life, free business, job, message postings, readers’ interaction, etc. Our Immediate Goal 1. Seek Investor / Business Partner. This person / company will bring the capital and or expertise to help expand CGS Network’s business (the expected amount of capital would be $500,000 to $3,000,000). 2. The cash infusion from this investor / partner should help finance CGS Network’s business development and expansion, which include the costs such as the website design fee, office renting, employee salary, marketing, and other fees related to the company’s development, expansion, and improvement. (The terms of the deal, which includes the percentage of stake in CGS Network and details of the contract, will be discussed separately.) 3. We plan to finish our website design in 3-5 months and then start to market it through an internet marketing company. In 12-18 months (or by the end of 2012), we expect a substantial users sign in our website and become regular visitors in terms of posting new comments on certain topics, see who are in the CGS Network, or how many postings/comments are there in the topics they care about, besides getting updated news, articles, reviews, etc. In 18-30 months (or by the end of 2013), we expect double our users and in millions monthly online traffics. In 30-42 months ( or by the end of 2014), we expect double our users again and surpass ten million monthly traffics. In the meanwhile, we will explore advertising revenue on our website. In 42-54 months ( or by the end of 2015), we continue to double our users, increase monthly online traffics, and aggressively explore advertising revenue on our website. In 54-66 months ( or by the end of 2016), we expect reach several million users, double monthly traffics, and explore more advertising revenue on our website.
