My venture is a Cafe Bar and Pizzeria in Napier. It will be the only Pizzeria in a city with a population of over 65,000. I believe I have a huge niche here and am very well experienced in the hospitality industry, both locally and overseas. I have been let down by a family member with the final funding and at a crucial stage at the moment. I am 70% complete but require the further cash injection to start operating. Everything will be made fresh daily from locally sourced produce. The pizza oven is imported from Italy and is handmade from Tuscan Cotted Clay. It is a one of a kind! My staff are all expertly experience and share my passion for coffee, food and service.
