Description: Hello Investors... I am coming to you today to offer you a new venture into the Business World. As we know, arcades and internet cafe's are starting to be a thing of the past due to the major drop in income and high gaming tech for home entertainment. Our stand point it's evolving into a bigger market then ever! People prefer to buy game out-right rather then pay to play. Based on consumer studies, people still like to play games in large groups, and this is where we come in! Instead of focusing on video games or table top games, our idea is to merge ALL GAMES into one easy accessible location. We plan to have a fully functional V.R. area, 26 of the latest computers, Warhammer tables, and one of the biggest video console game menus to choose from! We propose to start off with small faculties; this will give us and our investors a chance to get a feel for the industry needs. The faculties will bring a variety of games together to make the most versatile gaming location ever! Each faculty will be section off into three basic areas: Retail- Video Center- and Table Games. Gaming - Video Center Table Top Games like Pool, Darts, Retail- Video Center- and Table Games From a retail standpoint game merchandise is a big venture. It is both profitable and in great demand. We will also sell T-shirts, DVD's, Toys, and Warhammer Stages (hopefully), and with a "build your own" computer/repair shop, this WILL be most profitable! Gaming - Video Center Our main focus in this area will be mostly on league tournaments , but we still want a lot of other things going on at one time -- not just the come in-sit down-play games. We would like to create a center of attention for Group Meetings, Study Groups and Birthday Parties. We want it to have a home like environment. Many other "Venture" type Tournaments Lock-In's will also be a part of the equation! From 15 on 15 game play, V.R. Golfing, we will need a step up of 30 computers, 4- X Box360's, and a V.R. area that connects to the 30 computers. Table Top Games like Pool, Darts, Our Table top area will be a Big Hit by leading off from- Warhammer Tables, where people can bring their own armies and learn how to play the new venture! Rentable Pool Tables, Air Hockey, Poker, Trading Card games and even Chess! Shuffle Board, Air Hockey and V.R. will be hourly rentals. Our Aim: We mostly want to focus on membership, people that just walk in are always welcome; however, we hope something catch their eye and they will want to become members. They will be able to come in -- go to the area they like, or-try something new! The members will be the driving backboard for this team! How we plan to run the faculties in the three areas. C.S.R. will aid and assist possible buyers and new comers. C.S.R. will also be in the Table Top area to assist in the same way. The Video Center will have Tech Support, who can help with our computers and /or help with purchase. Our computer front and console will be operated more on a daily basis. Unlike other store, where you pay by the hour, member will receive a play pass for the whole day! And the way we deal with the "over booking" is the same way we do it at "home"- Loser steps off, but they don't have to leave just simply wait for the next turn.
