Description: Established in 2012, The Caan Fence Company installs fencing for commercial, residential, & industrial properties. Caan Fence Inc is the only Company in Massachusetts to obtain all 3 certifications ( DBE,MBE, WBE $ SECTION 3-BOSTON HOUSING) through the state and the federal government which is a requirement to procure a job. Caan will become union to corner the market within 15 days. We are a specialty contractor and there is only a hand full of union fence company and we tip the scale because we are the only fence company that has all 3 certification-MBE-DBE-WBE which is required on most state and the federal government. They are required to come to us first. I am looking to raise $1,000,000,000 and compensate possible by each linear foot installed. I predict that I would be able to pay back in 3-5 years. Within 2 weeks I secured 750,000. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and Section 3 (Mass Housing) certifications is a nationally recognized certification. Caan Fence Inc. is the only union Company that is completely certified across the state and federal government It remains the most widely accepted minority business designation in the private sector. With 23 regional councils comprising its national network, the National Minority Supplier Development Council is the preeminent organization for MBEs seeking to do business with America’s top corporations. Many Fortune 1000 companies in America have supplier diversity programs in place. These programs are specifically designed for large companies to source products and services from minority owned businesses. They do this in an effort to keep their businesses in line with the shifting demographic profile of our country. These companies recognize that a diverse supply base offers a competitive advantage in today’s multicultural business economy. In other words, large corporations are constantly looking for minority owned businesses to work with. They have supplier diversity programs in place to calculate exactly how successful they are in sourcing products and services from minority suppliers. Therefore one of the top benefits of MBE certification is that any contractual agreement between a corporation and Certified MBE is counted towards that corporation’s supplier diversity goal. The more they spend with Certified MBEs, the closer they get to achieving and surpassing their goal. But you have to be a Certified MBE in order to count towards corporate diversity spending. We have at minimum 20 invitation to bid daily and we are being offered work but have to turn so much away because we cannot finance the projects $500,000 or more. Also, we want to dominate the fence world with a new temporary division that would project a 1,698,442. Profit in the 1st year.
