This is a small start up buiness. I have named it Brickyard Bakery and wine bar located in the Brickyard Courtyard, in middle of downtown Okoboji IA. The rest. will be opened a.m. to p.m. The daytime menu will be a full menu with panini's,melts,gourmet fresh deli, crepes,salads,fresh homemade soups,artisan cheese and breads. We are surveying coffees(capp.,espresso,latte etc.,and the evening menu will change to a tapas style (small plates)and the small plates will not just be from spain but from around the world. Our wines will pair with the menu. We have a retail lisence as well. The location is highway frontage with foot traffic with small eclectic shops around the business. Across the highway is a public boat dock for take out as well. The building inside will have a warm old italy feel
