Aspiring Filmmaker seeks serious investor for biopic short film.I have a solid production team and director who is an award winning writer and co-writer for my script who is ready to make it happen from paper to film.
The film will be shot in Atlanta. Tentative $25,000 budget, which covers production through marketing and publicity. A powerful story, cast and crew will be in play.
The film will also be submitted to festivals and it will receive tremendous exposure.
The overall plan is to get funding for the feature and/or a Major distribution deal for this story.
Both investors and finders (of funds) welcome.
If you're a finder, you'll receive $500 for bringing forward the Total budget plus an Executive Producer credit and 1% of the backend.
Investor(s) will receive on-screen Executive Producer credit as well as an ownership position in the project, which could translate into a significant amount of money should the project get picked up for production by a studio.
Companies are welcome to invest as a sponsor and benefit from our marketing and publicity by including their company name in our marketing and publicity materials. If it makes sense, there is a further possibility of including your product in our film.
The following options are available for investing.
Minimum investment of $8,300 (three people) with 13% return each (a separate deal memo will be drafted) and each person will also receive executive producer credit; or the one time initial investment of $25,000 investment with 20% return, plus executive producer credit.
