We are the oldest ice cream manufacturer in the State of Utah(since 1910). We are expanding our wholesale distribution, and at the same time we are beginning to offer franchises. We have our UFDD completed and filed. We have a concept for our franchise but do not have a working model yet. Therefore it becomes difficult for franchisees to see our vision. We know it will work as there are currently no franchises like ours in existence. The funding would be for us to open a flagship store and modernize parts of our manufacturing and distribution plant, speeding up production, lowering overhead.
