I am purchasing our first home for my family and it will be our forever home, which is something that has been promised to my children and spouse after so many years of moving with the military and constantly uprooting their lives. I am in escrow right now on a 4 unit property, where we would live in 1 and rent out the other 3 to provide financial security for my family as well as grow generational wealth for my children. The lender for the VA loan is now requiring for us to show we have 6 months of mortgage reserves which is a total of 162K, which I do not have. I am looking for someone to help with this, as I would only need the funds for a few days to show proof and then immediately return it. I am so desperate to have this property go to closing for my family and any and all help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
