Better Health Corp is a developing multi-media, medical-health care company which will feature a web-based HRA health risk assessment)tailored to meet an individual's needs. The HRA will provide instant, customized feedback in the form of streaming video and text content. This feedback will be re-inforced with an incentive program, motivating the individual to take greater responsibility for his/her health, ideally through preventative measures.
The program will be marketed to small to mid-size employers and the insurance companies which provide group coverage. This will be done on a PEPM basis (a fee per employee per month).
There is a second application for this program. Consumers will be driven to the web-based HRA by a weekly, local television program focusing on LOCAL medical health care providers. This program, distributed by a LOCAL television affiliate, will provide critical and authentic health care information with long format features. While this benefits the viewer, it also offers LOCAL medical care providers an unprecedented forum to highlight doctors and facilities. This allows these providers to gain market share through compelling info-tainment programming which delivers their message, unparalleled branding/positioning and return on investment.
It is our goal to establish LOCAL programs of this nature in a minimum of 10 major markets within the next 5 years.
