I have a dream of opening an activity centre that specifically focuses on horse riding in the Northern part of Botswana. This activity will happen with qualified Game Rangers in an area where wild animals can be seen in their natural environment. (Ex: Giraffe, antelope, hippo, buffalo, crocodile, zebra, elephant.) My client base is the lodges/hotels in this area and their guests. These lodges focus more on high class clients and the cheapest lodge ask $1200 per person per night sharing. I am in negotiations with 15 high profile lodges and they cannot wait for me to start as they want to market horse riding on their activity lists.
I have invested $100 000 of my own money in this dream and need an $15 000 investment for 15% of the company. After extensive research I believe it is going to be a slow start and then grow quickly in a profitable venture. I believe that the investment can be doubled in 4 years. In this time I want to expand to other activities to fill the need for activities in this area.
