Our company provides loss mitigation services to clients who are in danger of losing homes due to foreclosure. Our methods avoid bankruptcy. If a client can not qualify to maintain their home within a specified time period, we also negotiate a short sale with the bank and get the home sold before a foreclosure can be noted on our clients' credit rating. We are currently allowing investors to pay a small fee to us for the negotiating of the short sale and we also receiving a fee for refering clients to a reputable credit restoration company.
