Description: MOLASAC was formed strictly for the purpose of building this particular project. However, the partners of worked together on numerous projects since 1990. A new LLC company is formed for each project. It is the plan of the partners to build numerous Eric Lloyd Wright projects through Southern California using the same basic design with slight alterations as necessary because of the site the project is planned for. Using the same basic design will cut down on cost and approval time and give site reconigition to the various projects. Sorta like McDonalds and other structures only in this case it will be residential and mixed-use buildings.
