Restaurante "Salsa Brava" would draw off this huge pull from all over the world as surfers come to take something away from this legendary break.. and stop by my restaurant for a decadent tropical caribbean buffet (something that is not currently offered in this part of the country) I will feature fantastic local ingredients prepared in a precise and accurate manner paired with classic french sauces and the most sinfull desserts around. I will be working with indigenous farmers of the regions giving them much needed work. Many future plans of incorporating solar energy and non destructive cleaning materials to local beach cleaning.. and community activities would set my place apart from the others in the area.
