Description:
All of the owners of New Era collectively saw a need to not only provide seasoned investors with qualified contractors, but to improve upon business by allowing investors to solely concentrate on their investments. This sort of cutting edge thinking is precisely what the industry has been lacking. By removing the tedium of logistics from the investor, the end result is that time, money, and quality is never at risk for being compromised.
Amongst the owners, there is over 15 years of Community Development, Sales, Construction Management, Financing, and Property Management.
