JBV Development, LLC is a new family company created expressly to exploit our real estate holdings. Initial intent was for development of residential townhouses & condominiums but fortunately the market stalled before we completed design stages on our projects. As a result all of our real estate development activities are on hold for at least 2 years and I need to buy some time to complete the sale of an office building.
