I have owned a mortgage company and am now moving to Commercial Financing called Sage Global Capital. I am basing my company not like a broker but as a hedge fund basis. Based on my experience I have the ability to create a profitable company. I have the ability to acquire a large "investor base" from another country to invest in commercial financing deals that myself and my team will underwrite. I currently have several deals I am trying to find funding for while I get the investor pool ready. I need the capital to finish putting the company together and to finish creating the relationship with the investor pool.
