Description:
America's Workforce Solution, LLC (AWS) is a SBA 8(a), EDWOSB and WBENC firm providing Workforce Development, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment/Sourcing Logistics and Facilities Support services to DoD Prime Contractors and the public/private sectors. Headquartered in Miami, with an office in Atlanta, services are provided globally. In addition, all contract engagements include a 'Community Giving Back Program' to provide STEM/STEAM education and career training events via my national 501(c)(3) public non-profit - The On It Foundation. The organization works with my staffing company as a 'social enterprise' GREEN and sustainability model.
NEW DEVELOPMENTS: AWS launched an AI Staffing Application focused on streamlining the enterprise and federal marketplace's recruiting, training, and retention process.
